Creature Cans — Froggie Edition

Creature Cans sprung from the idea of trashcans kind of look like little creatures. From that thought, I decided to make this idea into a reality by making a trashcan into a little frog. This is a working prototype of a “Froggie Edition” of the creature cans lineup. Flip the lid and a motion sensor triggers a speaker, so the can “ribbits” every time you feed it.

The process was a lot of trial and error and different ideas to make it work, but the final version has an infrared motion sensor, battery pack, and speaker that triggers with every piece of trash thrown out. Next to the can itself is the packaging, which I made look also like a trashcan, but this trashcan contains a creature inside ready to eat your trash!
